We have a standard duct line controller, ready to drop in to your machine Our hardware is designed with enduring technology based on Linux, making it virtually immune to obsolescence.
Elbow Machine Controls
Our standard elbow machine controller is fully compatible with both major elbow machine OEMs. Built with the same durable hardware as our duct line controller, it’s designed to deliver a lifetime of reliable service. We can fabricate the panel in our shop and handle installation at yours, minimizing total downtime to less than a week. When combined with a mechanical overhaul, your machine will run like new at a fraction of the cost.
Built in Reporting
We offer automated production and maintenance reporting, either through our custom built BI reports, or directly into your MRP system. Material usage, scrap rates, machinery run time, energy usage (in KWh), coil changeover time, and anything else you can dream of. If it happens on your machine, you should know about it, and we are here to help with that.
We also have virtual hour meters on all of the motors, and can, via API, send the data right into your CMMS system.

CNC Plasma Table
Our table is 4' x 4', but we can cut sheets up to 4' x 8'. Our torch has no problem cutting through sheets up to 1" thick!
